returns & exchanges

We strive to ensure that every piece of artwork you purchase brings joy and satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible, whether it’s addressing damaged artwork or assisting with a return. Please review our guidelines below to ensure a seamless experience.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most artwork, provided the piece is in its original condition. Customized and commissioned works are not eligible for return.

Due to the personalized nature of commissioned pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom artwork. However, we strive to collaborate closely with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately after delivery. We will require photographs of the damage and the packaging to process a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, please email us at sajsart@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll provide you with detailed instructions. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

We offer exchanges for artwork of equal value, provided the original piece is returned in perfect condition. If you would like to exchange your artwork, contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

We aim to present accurate images and descriptions of all pieces, but if the artwork doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to find a solution, whether it’s an exchange or store credit.

Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days. we do not refund you have to exchange with some other design of same price or above

Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damage or errors in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error in your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored, especially for custom orders.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. However, we ship throughout England and Pakistan. We are exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping services internationally in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
